Job Summary

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions using MS SQL Server and PL/SQL.Oversee the customization and integration of RAVE to meet specific clinical data management requirements.Provide technical expertise in the development of Rave Custom Functions to enhance data processing capabilities.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical data through meticulous data modeling and validation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address data management needs and challenges.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data management processes and custom functions.Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data integration and custom functions in RAVE.Provide training and support to team members on the use of RAVE and other data management tools.Monitor and optimize the performance of data management systems to ensure efficient data processing.Participate in the development and implementation of data management strategies and best practices.Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and tools.Ensure that all data management activities align with the companys goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in MS SQL Server and PL/SQL with proven experience in data management.Demonstrate expertise in RAVE including Rave Custom Functions and Rave Data Model.Have experience in integrating RAVE with other data management systems.Exhibit a deep understanding of clinical data management principles and practices.Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data integration.Display excellent documentation skills for data management processes.Have strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Certifications Required
