About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in completing employment forms and researching market salary information.

2. Address employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.

3. Compile payroll data, including leaves, working hours, and financial details.

4. Manage job ads on various platforms and assist in recruitment processes.

5. Generate HR reports and draft employee communications.

6. Maintain HR databases and update employee records.

7. Aid in policy development and implementation, including employee handbooks.

8. Assist in designing and implementing employee benefits packages.

9. Organize company events and training sessions.

10. Handle HR document filing and correspondence.

11. Manage employee information in the HR Information System.

12. Provide clerical support and scheduling for HR activities.

13. Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
