JOB DESCRIPTION:

Everyone with an idea is welcome to collaborate with our diverse Engineering team. We believe in having a good Engineering process but at the same time believe that every process should change and evolve to enhance Developer efficiency. We take pride in our ability to execute complex projects and deliver them on time to our customers. All this while having fun at workPosition Responsibilities

As a seasoned Engineer, you will be responsible for working on key projects for the Commvault Engineering team. You will gain exposure to a complete Product Life Cycle Development, resolving some of the complex technical issues independently. You will also have a high insight to work with teams across Engineering.

Position Requirements
  • Proficient in C++ with multithreading, Data Structures and inter-process communication.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server database programming, writing complex queries and dynamic T-SQL(Added Advantage).
  • Knowledge of the latest C++ 17 standard is appreciated.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Standard Template Library ( STL) containers and algorithms
  • Should have a very strong understanding of algorithms, OS concepts.
  • Should be able to solve complex problems on Windows and UNIX subsystems.
  • Should be able to analyze crash dumps, memory and handle leaks.
  • Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments.
  • Have a good understanding of Client/server programming.
  • knowledgeable in Linux OS, File Systems, Networking, Scripting.
  • solve Infrastructure problems in VM or Azure/AWS Cloud – would be preferred.
  • Having Oracle DB backup/recovery knowledge is preferred.
