Joining us in Performance & Business Management, we'll look to you to define and lead resourcing and capability activities for our business areasYou'll be providing your specialist knowledge to make sure that the right resourcing levels are in place and capability requirements are met to deliver business needsThis is an opportunity to raise your career profile with the work you do, building collaborative relationships with a range of key stakeholdersWe're offering this role at associate vice president levelWhat you'll do As a Resourcing & Capability Analyst, you'll be building and maintaining trusted partnerships to understand and support the resourcing and capability needs of the business. You'll be collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to do the planning, risk mitigation, execution and validation of various project activities under early career umbrella. You'll also be: Providing the end-to-end project plan design and management of activities, plan levers and resources across key milestones and the wider connected communityEnsuring delivery is in-line with project requirements and aligned to our customer and business needsGathering and using robust capability MI, providing options and recommendations to support the business strategyIdentifying skills and knowledge gaps based on the business strategy and provide solutionsHelping to implement a technical learning framework across the business areaDesigning and delivering the business unit's communications and engagement plan, owning key communications channelsThe skills you'll need We're looking for someone with at least eight plus years of experience in learning and development, along with good technical knowledge and experience in handling complex time bound projects. You'll need broad knowledge of the customer business, key services and how it interacts with the rest of the organisation.

You'll also demonstrate:

Good knowledge of tech operations and project managementPrior experience in managing technical trainings and bootcampGood understand of current and emerging tech stacksExcellent analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to use information to develop creative value-add solutionsGreat stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
