Create project plan, stakeholder management plan, RAID Log, cost plan, implementation plan.
Close monitoring & control of project progress and updating of the required metrices in timely manner.
Drive end to end project starting from inception to project closure. Reporting to senior stakeholders
Manage & drive Agile Methodologies, Sprint ceremonies, understanding of SAFe
Negotiate, coach, and mentor team as and when required during the project Lifecycle
Reporting of project status/risk & issues in a timely & business-friendly language
Keep all the process-related documents updated as per the organization guidelines

8-12 years of experience in IT with 5 years in project management. Should have solid understanding on SDLC & SAFe Project management methodologies
Sound knowledge on the RnR of scrum master and working experience of the same.
Hands-on experience on project management tools like MPP, Clarity, XLS, JIRA etc
Agile/Safe certification will be an added advantage.
Should have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
