Job Brief:

We are looking for a competent Senior Business analyst to manage intricate analytical projects and taking primary ownership of the work streams involved.

You may also be given the opportunity to lead a team of Business Analysts that work on consistently delivering solid analytical solutions as well as mentor their professional growth and development.

We expect the candidate to understand the importance of individual contribution as well as managing team output with efficiency.

Here is a brief overlay of the expected responsibilities:

  • Client relationship building where client's point of view is understood and given priority to implement workable solutions
  • Gauge and bring forward potential analytical issues with the ability to present solutions independently
  • Ability to identify client issues and use the information to decipher insights from analytics independently
  • Ability to deal with complex or ambiguous client situations and resolve them using sound judgement
  • Take charge of the final delivery of the project and hone the team to deliver exceptional quality work
  • Ability to manage people and guide them to facilitate organizational growth as well as individual development
  • Work towards creating a culture of ownership and trust

Requirements and skills:

  • 13 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Relevant degree (BE/B.Tech) from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities with an affinity towards people management
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills , ability to build relationships and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking and time management
  • Analytical skills using tools such as R, Python, SQL, and Excel.
  • Tools : Tableau, PowerBI
