We are hiring a talented B2B Paid Marketing Specialist with lead generation expertise in the IT industry. Join our team to develop and execute paid marketing campaigns, driving high-quality leads and maximizing ROI. Your role is crucial in generating leads for our services and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute B2B paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and others, focusing on lead generation.

Conduct research, analyze target audience segments, and create effective targeting strategies.
Create compelling ad copies and visuals for lead conversions.
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics like CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS.
Implement and test lead generation tactics such as forms, landing pages, and CTAs.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation for IT services.
Implement tracking mechanisms for accurate lead attribution.

Candidate Profile:

5 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing, specializing in generating B2B leads.
Proven track record of generating high-quality leads through paid marketing campaigns.
In-depth understanding of performance marketing, conversion metrics, and online customer acquisition in the IT services sector.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing platforms.
Proficiency in lead generation tactics, including forms, landing pages, and CTAs.
Solid analytical skills for data interpretation and campaign optimization.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and other analytic tools.
Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with SEO is a plus.
