Responsibilities

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the products or services offered by the company.
Tailor solutions to align with the unique needs and preferences of clients and customers.
Cultivate and maintain proficiency in a specific product line or designated industry sector.
Serve as a subject matter authority during sales engagements, providing in-depth insights and guidance.
Collaborate closely with colleagues within the sales team to support the pursuit of intricate sales opportunities.
Conduct thorough and articulate product demonstrations and training sessions, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
Assess customer requirements with precision and recommend suitable products or services accordingly.
Contribute to the development of high-quality sales collateral and presentations, reflecting accurate and compelling messaging.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional offerings to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with strategic accounts and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Remain vigilant in monitoring industry dynamics, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform strategic decision-making.
Provide valuable feedback to internal product development teams, based on customer insights and market intelligence.
Contribute to the formulation and execution of targeted sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Actively participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to broaden networks and deepen industry knowledge.
Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Serve as a conduit between customers and internal departments, facilitating seamless communication and problem resolution to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Requirements and skills

Must have Bike
Minimum 2 year of experience in any sales
Graduation Mendatory
