Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities. Requirements Graduation or 12th pass or equivalent 1+ years of experience as a tele caller or any similar role. Freshers can also apply . Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota. Knowledge of computer programs and telephone systems. Efficient with English. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
