How you'll spend your day
  • Support the implementation, testing, management, and troubleshooting of systems within Pharmaceutical laboratory settings, including Chromatography Data Systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support existing processes and technologies, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Perform system administration and maintenance tasks, monitor service levels, and coordinate with IT support teams for equipment management.
  • Engage in new releases and upgrades in compliance with industry standards, providing end-user support in a regulated Pharmaceutical Industry environment.
  • Configure systems, perform backups, and execute testing tasks according to specified requirements and guidelines.
  • Contribute to Software Development Life Cycle phases for laboratory computer systems, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Ensure adherence to Data Integrity requirements and oversee remediation activities for Laboratory systems.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Information Systems Management, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in validation analysis and Data Integrity activities within regulated pharmaceutical companies.
  • Experience with 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP, and SDLC methodologies.
  • 5+ years working in regulated biotech or pharmaceutical companies.
