Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis: Conducting in-depth financial analysis to assess company performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances, and providing insights to management.

- Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, including GST, VAT, and income tax, and preparing tax returns as required.

- Audit Support: Supporting internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation, reconciling accounts, and addressing audit queries.

- Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with relevant accounting standards.

- Cost Control: Analyzing cost structures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing measures to optimize operational expenses.

- Plant Visits: Travelling to and working across our four manufacturing plants located in Aurangabad, Pune, Hosur, Mysuru to oversee financial operations, reconcile accounts, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in financial processes and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control.

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel to different plant locations Aurangabad (waluj), Pune(chakan),Hosur, Mysuru,
