Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will act as an AI/ML Senior Developer/Team Lead, involved in Designing, Developing, and validating AI/ML solutions using Python / SQL for US Healthcare Customers.

General Duties and Tasks:
- Contribute to research, design, implementation, and optimization of Machine Learning Models
- Hands-on experience in Python
- Assist AI product managers and business stakeholders in understanding the potential and limitations of AI for new products
- Construct data ingest and data transformation platform
- Identify transfer learning opportunities and new training datasets
- Develop AI models from scratch and explain results to stakeholders
- Evaluate ML algorithms for problem-solving and rank them by success probability
- Explore and visualize data to detect variations in data distribution affecting model deployment
- Ensure data quality through data cleaning and oversee data acquisition if necessary
- Define validation strategies and pre-processing/feature engineering on datasets
- Train models, tune hyperparameters, analyze errors, and devise strategies for improvement
- Deploy models to production and create APIs for operationalizing AI model results
- Education: Bachelor's in computer sciences or related field; Masters preferred
- Skills: 5+ years programming experience, proficiency in Python, R, SAS, or MatLab, 3+ years experience in Deep Learning/Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence, expertise in building AI models with Classification & Clustering algorithms, strong MS SQL skills, ability to simplify complex problems for coding solutions, excellent communication skills, experience working in fast-paced environments, track record of project completion, deployment of large-scale solutions, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management processes like Claims filing and adjudication is a plus
