- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce.
Platform Management:
- Oversee and manage the organization's presence on ecommerce platforms (e.g., website, marketplace channels).
- Ensure a seamless and userfriendly online shopping experience.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize SEO, SEM, and other online advertising strategies.
Product Presentation:
- Optimize product listings, images, and descriptions for maximum visibility and appeal.
- Implement merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively.
Conversion Optimization:
- Analyze website analytics and user behavior to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
- Implement A/B testing and other strategies to improve the overall conversion funnel.
Customer Experience:
- Monitor and enhance the endtoend customer journey on the ecommerce platform.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and address issues promptly.
Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate product availability and timely order fulfillment.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with IT, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
- Collaborate with product teams to introduce new products and features.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ecommerce.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect customer data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stay updated on ecommerce laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, CMS, and online marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
