Data & Analytics Functional Analyst - Manufacturing

You will be working as Data & Analytics Functional Analyst and will be part of Electrification business area, EL Business Area division based in Bangalore, India at Grade 12 and will be reporting to Global IS Domain Service Manager. In this role you will be primarily responsible for providing technical and business process or data advise to support ongoing operations and new software development through their expertise on systems, procedures and emerging technologies.
Your responsibilities- Assisting in the creation of appropriate technical blueprint through their in-depth knowledge. Defining the feasibility of a solution, implementation and interaction with the existing systems and improves cost-effectiveness of the project or product
- Providing solutions and resolutions for all application issues through performing numerous testing, investigations and analyses. Monitoring performance discovery variances and proposes counteractions. Providing enhancements to all applications and support to all third-party software tools
- Developing and analyzing functional specifications, documents requirements and preparing wireframes or flowcharts. Integrating various systems and reconciles the needs of different teams
- Providing in-depth knowledge, advising, and training to resolve all IT issues, including technical training to all new employees on IT procedures and processes
- Understanding the related business processes in detail and applies knowledge to shape IS solution or services and align their building and delivery activities
- Building, designing, examining and implementing well organized and structured IT applications to meet business needs. Assisting in the installation, management, maintenance and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS services and facilitating change and configuration management
- Planning, monitoring, organizing and oversees projects e.g. upgrading, hardware or software installations. Oversees the development of the product and validating the functionality of the final product
- Building effective two-way communication with the customers to understand and manage their expectations or requirements and gather feedback to continually improve systems and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assessing the ideas for efficiency improvement and value addition, deciding based on their technological, financial and functional feasibilities
- Bachelor's degree or masters degree in any engineering stream
- At least 9+ years of strong experience in supply chain or Procure to Pay or Inventory with hands on experience in SAP MM module
- SAP APO knowledge preferred.
- Excellent team player with strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative and as a team player. Good organizational skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity
