Plant CEO - Techno Commercial


Plant CEO(Techno Commercial) - Steel Manufacturing - Maharashtra - 10+ years
Location: Chandrapur, Maharashtra

Summary: Looking out for a techno commercial strategic operations leader with at least 10 years of professional experience managing the day-to-day operations of the TMT Steel manufacturing plant in induction furnaces while also identifying avenues for operational cost optimization, cost reduction, profitability, business expansion, business growth and P&L management for the unit. Should have professional experience in Iron or steel manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities:

- Leading and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety and Developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes and enhance overall efficiency.

- Providing strategic, operational and financial leadership and developing strategies with a view on long-term business growth.

- Organizing resources and systems to realize the vision for the plant.

- Achieving sustained profitable growth for the plant.

- Increasing the production capacity of the plant.

- Managing the procurement as well as ensuring the smooth daily operations of the plant.

- Managing the on-time product dispatch.

Requirements:

- B.Tech + MBA with at least 10 years of professional experience in Iron or steel, chemical, pharma , paints etc. manufacturing plants.

- Plant operations experience is a must.

- Strategic persona to identify initiatives to achieve cost efficiency for the unit.

- Excellent communications skill.
