About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Navigate the software efficiently and have a strong understanding of its features and tools

2. Conceptualize ideas, select appropriate footage, and arrange them in a way that captures the audience's attention and conveys your brand message effectively

3. Spot and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the footage

4. Align their editing style with your brand identity and create content that resonates with your target audience.

5. Work efficiently under pressure and deliver high-quality work within deadlines

6. Communicate effectively with the team members, understand project requirements, and incorporate feedback to ensure the final product meets expectations

In brief:

1. Proficiency in video editing software: Look for candidates who are proficient in popular video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Davinci Resolve.

2. Creativity and visual storytelling: A good video editor should have a creative eye and the ability to tell engaging stories through visuals.

3. Attention to detail: Precision is key in video editing. The video editor should have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that transitions are smooth, audio is properly synced, and visuals are polished.

4. Understanding of branding and marketing: Since we're a sports retail store, the video editor should have a basic understanding of branding and marketing principles.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines: In a fast-paced retail environment, deadlines can be tight.

6. Communication skills: Clear communication is essential for any collaborative work.
