Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding- Recruitment & On-boarding of the best talent in the market in the least possible time
- Employee Engagement-Planning Employee Engagement Roadmap, scheduling, executing and monitoring the activities across the organization to make TCNS a fun place to work
- HRMS management
- HR MIS- Prepare and report the detailed HR Dashboard
- Grievance Handling
- PMS - Effective implementation of the PMS process & ensuing all SOPs are followed
- Training- Plan, organize & facilitates corporate training and ensuring planned training man day for each employee
