What You'll be Doing –
In this role, you'll leverage expertise in ITSM, ITOM, SAM Pro, ITBM, HRSD to manage IT services, ensure compliance, and liaise with stakeholders. You'll also mentor teams, oversee project deliverables, SLAs, and recommend product enhancements based on thorough analysis of requirements and backlogs.
You'll report to Director, Systems Software Engineering.
During a Typical Day, You'll
· Manage and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of large, complex projects spanning 12 to 18 months.
· Utilize hands-on experience in project planning, schedule development, scope, and cost management to drive project success.
· Foster a customer-centric approach, building trust and delivering on promises to meet client expectations.
· Apply expertise in ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and ITOM to optimize systems and infrastructure.
· Lead and coordinate multiple large projects concurrently, collaborating with diverse teams across different project phases.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and present project updates using PowerPoint.
· Continuously enhance skills and knowledge to adapt to evolving project demands and responsibilities.
What You Bring to the Role
· 4 years of experience in Service now
· Proficient in ITSM, ITOM, SAM Pro, ITBM, HRSD
· Knowledge on Security operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance preferred
· Liaising skills - work with business for prioritization of enhancements/ project items, break down into technical tasks and triage it to core development team
· Accountable for the following project deliverables – dates, management reporting
· Accountable for SLAs pertaining to support ticket metrics
· Mentor the team and guide them on technical solutions
· Understand other enterprise upstream/ downstream systems within the company to enable integrations, automation use cases etc.
· Recommends the nature and scope of present and future products by reviewing product backlogs, specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes
