Roles and responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Expand, scale and drive efficiency across the marketing funnel through campaign optimizations
  • Execute all aspects of performance marketing, including paid search, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media advertising, and advertising on platforms like Amazon Marketing Services (AMS)
  • Analyze and interpret campaign data, key metrics, and KPIs to extract actionable insights and recommend optimization strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum return on investment and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the performance marketing landscape.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years previous experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving business growth on AMS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree an advantage.
  • Inplatform execution experience setting up campaigns in Amazon AMS, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads with particular familiarity of Amazon platform & ecosystem
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills to adapt to evolving marketing landscapes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Prior Experience in a fast paced, high growth organization is preferred
