About the role

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Reporting to: Manager-Quality & Regulatory Affairs

The role requires to ensure execution of all QMS activities at the contract manufacturing site as per the established procedure.

Key responsibilities
  • To timely update and provide approved vendor list of raw material, packing material to subcontractor and ensure it is followed accordingly.
  • To monitor production activities on a day today basis and share observations to reporting manager and subcontractor for bringing improvement.
  • To ensure testing and release of all the Raw material/packing material and finished products as per Kerry's requirement by subcontractor site on timely basis. To review the batch records of products before releasing the batch in SAP.
  • Coordinate with external lab for timely release of results.
  • To participate in investigation of trouble shoots, deviations, OOS etc along with subcontractor site.
  • To monitor receipt of raw material and packing material from only qualified vendors.
  • To prepare complaint acknowledgment letters, participate in investigation and prepare CAPA report.
  • Keep plant UpToDate for any regulatory or quality audits.
Qualifications and skills
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Someone with minimum 5 Years of experience having Knowledge of GMP and GDP as per current guidelines.
  • Validation/Qualification of equipment's and instruments as per pharma guideline.
  • Handling of customer complaint.
  • RM PM FG sampling and testing and FG release in system as per procedures
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Effective communication skill with internal as well as external stake holders.
