About the internship:

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Agrim Wholesale Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. Your role will involve assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations activities.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.

3. Assist HR Operations by maintaining employee records and its confidentiality.

4. Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries and helping to resolve HR-related issues.

5. Utilize Advanced Excel skills to analyze HR data and create reports for management.

6. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

7. Use effective communication skills to interact with employees and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Agrim Wholesale Private Limited is a B2B commerce marketplace for agricultural inputs connecting manufacturers directly with retailers. We are currently onboarding branded seed producers/manufacturers to service our retail customers (currently 80,000+). We have already onboarded a few brands and are in active discussions with some manufacturers across India.
