About the internship:

At GoodFellas, we are well aware of the impact our solutions have on the world s leading brands and how it is important to build strong internal processes to be able to grow. We are looking for a detail-oriented intern who is interested in creating and documenting SOPs. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, take initiative, and create processes that help make everyday activities easier for people around the world.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the implementation and management of process improvement initiatives

2. Participate in process mapping and analysis

3. Make documentation of processes and procedures

4. Provide support to the Founder in coordinating and facilitating process improvement projects

5. Collaborate with all teams to ensure data collection

6. Ensure successful implementation of process improvements

7. Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

2. Strong organization skills with keen attention to detail

3. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

4. Proficient in MS office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

6. Availability for full-time internship.

7. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is advantageous.

8. Meticulous, process-oriented and obsessed with process improvements.

9. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly grasp new software and ERP systems.

Stipend:
