The Opportunity:


As a Co-Founder and CTO, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction, development, and future growth.

The company is looking for a visionary leader with deep technical expertise in AI and a proven track record of successful project execution who can drive technology forward and inspire a growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the overall company strategy and direction, ensuring technology fully integrates with our overarching business goals.
  • Technology Development: Lead the development and implementation of our technology stack, including AI, machine learning, data architecture, and scalable software solutions.
  • Team Building: Recruit, manage, and mentor a worldclass team of engineers, data scientists, and developers.
  • Innovation Management: Stay ahead of technology trends and developments in AI and apply this knowledge to guide our innovation pipeline.
  • Partnership Development: Engage with potential partners, investors, and customers to secure resources and alliances necessary to support the company's growth.
  • Fundraising: Collaborate with cofounders to secure funding through various channels, crafting compelling pitches for investors that highlight technological potential and business model.
  • Operational Execution: Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization. Drive the execution of technology strategies, manage research and development budgets, and ensure the alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Extensive technical leadership experience, preferably in a startup environment, with a robust portfolio of successful AI projects.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong entrepreneurial streak with a knack for innovative thinking, risk management, and scalable business planning.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, software development, and data ecosystems. Experience with modern cloud technologies and software engineering practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team, alongside experience in building and scaling highperforming tech teams.
  • Educational Background: Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Network and Outreach: Established network in the tech and AI community with a track record of building partnerships and attracting talent.
