Your Role:

We are seeking a Civil Designer with 8 to 15 years of experience in a renowned Engineering Design office. The ideal candidate should be proficient in utilizing computer-aided drafting and 3D modeling tools, with a proven track record in overseeing Structural concrete and steel works using software like Civil 3D, Inroads, or Open Roads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop basic layout drawings for civil/structural data
  • Handle tasks involving conventional engineering practices
  • Demonstrate understanding of Engineering Department Procedures and relevant design guidelines
  • Interpret technical instructions to produce clear and concise drawings
  • Generate material take-offs and lists

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in SP3D & Tekla software for creating design and construction drawings
  • Familiarity with engineering planning and control methods
  • Experience in producing detail drawings for concrete, steel, and infrastructure projects
  • Ability to ensure drawing quality and deliverables' accuracy
  • Skilled in working with excel, word, and material take-off software

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with software like SP3D, Microstation, AutoCAD, Tekla, Navisworks
  • Willingness to work on projects globally
  • Prior exposure to infrastructure projects or institutional buildings is advantageous
  • Proficiency in TEKLA Concrete software is a plus

Experience Levels:

  • Level I: 8-12 years of relevant experience
  • Level II: 12-15 years of relevant experience
