Role Overview.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing our marketing strategy.

You will work closely with senior management to create marketing campaigns that align with our business goals, enhance our brand identity, and drive client engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.

- Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns, measuring performance, and adjusting strategies as needed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding consistency and to leverage opportunities for client engagement.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and a high return on investment.

- Organize and participate in events, such as conferences and seminars, to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.

- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content, ensuring they are aligned with our brand's voice and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably in the accounting, finance, or professional services sector.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
