Job description:

  • Support customer during pre-sales and onboarding – help them understand product capabilities by building proof-of-concepts using their FP&A data
  • Build your own data (BYOD) to build datasets supporting FP&A requirements that our QA and pre-sales teams can use respectively to test products and showcase demos
  • Build and configure high-volume FP&A datasets in Fabric/Azure/Snowflake
  • Build & deliver end-to-end FP&A demos to customers & prospects
  • Be the go-to FP&A internal consultant and advisor to Engineering
  • Leverage functional and technical skills to ensure that our FP&A products are built out for functionality, performance & scalability
  • Respond to customer enquiries raised in the customer success platform
