THERAPY MANAGER

The Therapy Manager plays a crucial role in efficiently managing the therapy area by effectively engaging with customers, raising product awareness, addressing inquiries, and introducing new products. Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer focus, industry knowledge, and scheduling and planning customer visits.

Our Sales team provides essential support by offering clinical and educational information, conducting training programs, and supplying resources to healthcare providers. These efforts aim to help healthcare systems meet patient goals effectively.

Your contribution as a Therapy Manager is vital in advancing global medical innovation, impacting future generations. Your skills and creativity are key to making meaningful strides in medical progress.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and scientific information to effectively communicate with medical professionals and address customer queries.
  • Utilize customer-focused selling techniques to assess customer knowledge, maintaining high customer confidence in company products.
  • Maintain and utilize approved protocols and promotional materials in sales presentations.
  • Regularly contact customers to deliver informative sales presentations tailored to their needs.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within the assigned therapy area.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by implementing effective sales promotion strategies and scientific initiatives.
  • Stay updated on disease and product knowledge to facilitate productive discussions with stakeholders.
  • Execute product visibility activities and other relevant tasks related to company products.
  • Strategically plan to generate demand and execute field work efficiently.
  • Follow up on feedback and customer service requirements, including handling special product campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to organize educational events and programs to meet customer needs.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • Degree in Sciences/B Pharm
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to articulate data-driven findings to various audiences and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in the therapeutic segment and vaccine knowledge.
  • Language proficiency in English and Kannada is an added advantage.
