What You'll Do:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal clients the consultant team.
  • Managing active Clients and relationships with decisionmakers on the client side, monitoring the level of services provided, and providing support in the implementation of IT projects.
  • Supporting the recruitment of new consultants and onboarding candidates.
  • Longterm planning and relationship building with clients.
  • Acquiring new clients and actively developing existing ones.
  • Achieving set sales goals within the team and actively contributing to business development.

What You'll Need:

  • 6 + years of professional experience in your career, preferably IT industry and minimum 6 years exp in Sales and Client management.
  • Professional experience in the IT industry, preferably outsourcing IT services for software development and maintenance projects across domains.
  • Understanding the clientsupplier relationship in the outsourcing of IT consultants.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Teams.
  • High interpersonal skills, the ability, and willingness to build positive professional relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Independence, patience, and precision in action.
  • Highly developed sales and negotiation skills.
  • Focus on high quality of offered services.
  • Openness to business trips.
  • Understanding of cultural differences in an international role.
