Job Summary:

At Iron Mountain, we are dedicated to protecting and preserving what our customers value most, bridging the gap between the physical and digital worlds. Our Global Technology team plays a crucial role in deploying data center solutions to meet evolving customer needs efficiently. The ML Engineer will be part of the Global Product Engineering team, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

Iron Mountain InSight is a platform that offers actionable insights and predictive analytics through Machine Learning-based classification of company data. The MLOps Engineer will focus on designing and optimizing machine learning operations solutions within an agile framework.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Deploy machine learning models ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Provision and manage infrastructure resources for model training and monitoring
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
  • Monitor deployed models for performance metrics and data drift
  • Manage training data and model artifacts ensuring traceability
  • Implement security controls to protect data and model assets
  • Scale infrastructure resources and provide training on MLOps best practices
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in machine learning workflows

Skills Required:

  • 6+ years DevOps experience, cloud computing, and machine learning frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure and Git Platforms
  • Strong knowledge in Linux system administration and containerization technologies
  • Experience in building Gitlab CICD pipelines and Python development
  • Exposure to ML Concepts, monitoring tools, and distributed teams

Qualification Required:

BE, BTech, or MCA from recognized university
