WHAT YOU'LL DOWe are searching for a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) in a Client Focused role to support the delivery of social impact projects with a strong background in executing large scale high impact education projects from India. In this role, you will collaborate within a growing local and global team, offering industry expertise and insights on various education topics such as Early Childhood Education (ECE), K-12, Skilling, and Higher education.

As a subject matter expert, your responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with junior/mid-level clients
  • Delivering original analysis and customized insights
You will be working closely with project teams to enhance understanding, structure research needs, and deliver specialized modules.

During non-client project periods, you will focus on:
  • Productizing and creating IP contributions based on project insights
  • Providing educational insights within the company
  • Supporting asset development to strengthen BCG's presence in the education sector
YOU'RE GOOD AT
  • Operating effectively in client-facing roles

  • Applying deep sector expertise in product/tool/data development
  • Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • 4-6 years of industry experience or 3+ years in donor-funded public sector consulting
  • Strong project management experience
  • Technical expertise in Education & skilling sectors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder discussions
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
YOU'LL WORK WITHAs a Client Focus Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will collaborate with clients, Consulting teams, and Knowledge and Business team employees across BCG to provide expertise and capabilities to internal and external clients.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONBCG's Public Sector practice is rapidly growing, focusing on Development Impact work by partnering with various entities to create sustainable societal and business impact. The practice undertakes over 450 projects annually across sectors like economic development, climate, health, agriculture, DE&I, and education. Leveraging a vast global network, proprietary tools, and top-notch analytics, BCG ensures impactful outcomes on a worldwide scale.
