Overview:

A leading provider of online education in the field of technology and business, is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable online trainer to lead a Business Analyst course.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction on various aspects of business analysis, including techniques, tools, methodologies, and best practices.

The goal is to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to excel as business analysts in today's dynamic business environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed course curriculum covering the fundamentals of business analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, modeling, and validation, as well as other relevant topics such as stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Design engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, case studies, simulations, and practical exercises, to facilitate effective learning and skill development.
  • Conduct live online training sessions using virtual classroom platforms, ensuring active participation, engagement, and interaction among participants.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to participants, addressing their questions, concerns, and challenges related to business analysis concepts, techniques, and tools.
  • Demonstrate practical examples and real-world scenarios to illustrate the application of business analysis principles and methodologies in various industries and business domains.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment where participants can share their experiences, insights, and best practices, and learn from each other's perspectives.
  • Assess participants' progress through quizzes, assignments, case studies, and projects, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and understanding.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in business analysis, and incorporate relevant updates into the course curriculum as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in business analysis, with a solid understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard business analysis frameworks, such as BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) and agile methodologies, as well as proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and JIRA.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Experience in designing and delivering online training courses or workshops, using virtual classroom platforms, web conferencing tools, and other interactive learning technologies.
  • A passion for teaching and mentoring, with a genuine desire to help others succeed in their business analysis careers.
  • Professional certification in business analysis, such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis), is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and schedules, as some participants may be located in different regions.
