S&P Global has an opening for an analytical and detail-oriented individual to be a part of its Quality Control team supporting data review of the WSO Services Operations team. The position offers exposure to several internal groups as well as external entities such as agent banks. Candidate should display strong financial adaptability, PC skills, and expect full accountability for all assigned tasks. This is a lead/manager role and the individual should have prior experience managing individuals as well as processes.

  • Manage a team of 5-8 individuals.
  • Generate reports for the WSO Services Operations team to review upcoming daily activity.
  • Review system generated reports for sensitive activity such as capitalized interest, unsettled trade updates, and facility increases.
  • Review all previous day's principal activity such as paydowns, borrowings, facility increases, etc.
  • Perform merge/move requests on assets from the Loan Reference Data Team.
  • Ensure eligible loan contracts are subscribed to WSO Data.
  • Perform QC checks in the WSO Data environment.
  • Daily tracking of individual and team metrics.
  • Maintain Microsoft Access database to track errors.
  • Interact with appropriate individuals to ensure QCd exceptions are resolved.
  • Work with Operations and Client Support teams to ensure data integrity and processing efficiency.
  • Perform various project based tasks designed to ensure data integrity.
