About the internship:Designation: Sales & Marketing Intern

Department: Sales Department

Location: Pune, Nashik, Mumbai, Akola, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Nanded, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Solapur.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Independently visit play schools to promote company products and services, fostering professional relationships with teachers and owners.

2. Conduct engaging demonstrations and presentations of products to effectively showcase their features and benefits.

3. Proactively identify and pursue new prospects within the play school sector, utilizing innovative sales strategies.

4. Maintain detailed daily reporting, including visit summaries, prospecting activities, and outcomes.

5. Attend briefing and debriefing sessions to ensure alignment with company objectives and strategies.

6. Adhere to company guidelines for order processing and information dissemination, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

2. Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

3. Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for sales and customer service.

4. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

5. Willingness to travel within assigned territories and possess a valid driver's license and access to a two-wheeler for transportation.
