Manager/Senior Manager - Finance Controller

Responsibilities:
Closely work with various business departments and act as a finance SPOC for all matters

  • Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
  • Create monthly and annual reports to identify results and trends
  • Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
  • Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
  • Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information
  • Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
  • The Financial Controller will work closely with the various departments to ensure that departmental costs are under control and as per the allocated budget

Qualification & Experience:

  • B-School graduates with 2 years experience before or after MBA/CA degree
  • Accounting and auditing experience can be an added advantage
  • Should be well versed with accounting principles
  • Should constantly look for ways to improve efficiency of company's processes and procedures
  • Ensure proper compliance maintained by the company with all regulatory bodies
  • MBA in Finance or a CA
