About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Soil Testing Kit Development: Assist in the design, development, and testing of portable soil testing kits for on-site analysis of soil properties, nutrient levels, pH, and salinity.

2. Field Testing: Conduct field trials and validation studies to assess the performance, accuracy, and reliability of soil testing kits under different environmental conditions and soil types.

3. Data Analysis: Analyse soil test results using statistical methods and data analysis software to interpret soil fertility, recommend fertilizer prescriptions, and provide actionable insights to farmers.

4. Lab Analysis: Assist in laboratory analysis of soil and fertilizer samples using standard analytical techniques, including spectrophotometry, chromatography, and titration methods.

5. Documentation and Reporting: Document experimental procedures, results, and findings in technical reports, presentations, and scientific publications.

Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of scientists, agronomists, engineers, and software developers to integrate soil testing technologies into digital agronomy platforms and decision support tools.
