Job Description:

Our team in the Human Resources department plays a key role in supporting HPE team members to drive business success. We foster an inclusive and diverse work environment, empowering everyone as we evolve our 'as-a-service' model. This position entails providing expert advice and services on employee mobility and assignments to business managers and HRBPs. You will collaborate internally and with external partners to ensure compliance with mobility policies, handling assignment-related issues efficiently.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your mobility expertise to support stakeholders across various specialization areas.
  • Oversee global mobility projects effectively in partnership with mobility management and other program leaders.
  • Manage a portfolio of mobility projects ensuring compliance with policies and processes.
  • Resolve issues promptly and provide proactive responses to stakeholders and business partners.
  • Strengthen partnerships with internal teams like Payroll, Talent Acquisition, M&A, and HRBP for robust support.
  • Offer guidance on policy changes and process enhancements to enhance program efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide expertise on global mobility to regional HR representatives and business managers.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on immigration, relocation, and tax matters for HRBPs, managers, and employees.
  • Lead global tax programs and collaborate effectively with legal counsel, tax leaders, and vendors.
  • Drive policy development and implementation, along with payroll reporting compliance.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in accounting, tax, finance, or human resources.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expertise in global tax compliance, legal regulations related to employee compensation, and benefits.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and influence skills.
  • Financial acumen and understanding of global mobility processes.
  • Vendor management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset, with a focus on solutions and effective teamwork.
  • Experience in leading complex global tax programs.
