About the internship:
We are on the lookout for a passionate Solution Development Intern. This role requires a strong interest in energy and sustainability, fluency in English grammar, and great communication abilities. As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside our seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience in setting business goals for the organisation.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Carrying out Site walk-through with detailed audits and/or coordinating with customer stakeholders for data collection.
2. Carrying out data analysis, collation, and carrying out necessary calculations based on the data collection
3. Supporting sales team in providing optimized solutions with the objective of energy optimization & facility improvement measures
4. Will be responsible for Greenfield/Retrofit projects
5. Support sales, solution development and project execution teams during various stages of projects
6. Monitoring savings & responsible for M&V
7. Provide technical direction to project team members and technical support to field technicians
Requirements:
1. BTech/MTech Engineer with Energy/Sustainability focus
2. Passion towards sustainability with problem-solving mindset
3. Basic knowledge of energy, HVAC systems, building automation systems
4. Ability to communicate and present to internal and external stakeholders
Others:
Will involve traveling and meeting customers
