Ensures quality execution of local operational personnel work (i.e. personnel placement, appointment letters and confirmation process / letters, transfer and separation, succession planning at operational levels, compensation decisions, local organizational design, employee relations coaching for management, discipline and performance management, local benefit and pension administration and troubleshooting).

  • Consulting employees and superiors in HR related matters (conflict management, absenteeism, working schedules, employee assistance programs)
  • Accompany and implement change projects in his/her area of responsibility together with management of respective organizational units and internal/external experts
  • Coordinate the interface to shared services regarding the full portfolio of HR related services (e.g. payroll, HR operations, Ask HR tool etc).
  • Coordinate the interface to centers of expertise regarding the full portfolio of HR related processes (e.g. HRD).
  • Lead and implement HR projects in the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Participate in other business projects, representing HR.
  • Ensure preparation of all statutory returns, registers and records under various Labour Laws and timely submission of the same to authorities thereof.
  • Assist in formulating policies and procedures about working conditions, terms of employment etc.
  • Provide support and be pro active in the implementation of any new policy which will support positive industrial engagement and harmonious relationship between the employee and the management.
  • Responsible for all administrative activities related to the generalist task in the area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for Recruitment of white collar employees and provide support in the blue collar recruitment.

Academic degree in any relevant HR discipline - MBA/ MSW preferably with law background.

  • More than 10 years experience in HR Management preferably in manufacturing related organizations.
  • Well-groomed and highly motivated individual.
  • proficiency in computer skills - MS Office.
