About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Boot Loader Expert to join our software development team. As a Boot Loader Expert, you will be in charge of designing, developing, and maintaining the boot loader software for our automotive systems. Your main task will be ensuring the successful booting and initialization of our embedded systems.

Your Responsibilities
Design and develop boot loader software for automotive embedded systems.Collaborate with hardware engineers to define the boot process and ensure compatibility with the hardware platform.Implement boot loader functionalities, including memory initialization, peripheral initialization, and device drivers.Optimize boot loader performance and memory footprint.Conduct boot loader testing and debugging to ensure proper functionality and reliability.Collaborate with software architects to define the boot loader architecture and interfaces with other software components.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in boot loader development.Document the boot loader design, implementation, and testing procedures.Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in boot loader technologies and automotive software development.Who we are looking for
In-depth knowledge of boot loader concepts, boot process, and memory initialization.Experience with microcontrollers, real-time operating systems, and low-level software development.Familiarity with hardware architectures, peripherals, and device drivers.Proficiency in debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems.Knowledge of automotive standards and protocols (e.g., AUTOSAR, ISO is a plus).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Your preferred qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in boot loader development for embedded systems, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong programming skills in C/C++ and assembly language.What we offer
