Geography Head - Commercial Banking/Business Banking

Acquisition of high value and trade forex current accounts in the branch segment.

  • New acquisition of trade and Working Capital accounts and their on boarding.
  • Nourishment and ring fencing of mapped and sourced portfolio by increasing the wallet share through trade and forex fee and CA balance and other various products and services.
  • Increased penetration of trade and Forex business into Current & Savings Account with proper coordination with respective teams or group along with the cross selling of wealth products.
  • Responsible for mitigating attrition rate of the customers by providing attachments products/services like Trade Finance/ Forex, CMS, POS / Payment Gateway solutions, doorstep banking and digital activation.
  • Exploring potential for new to bank liability customer acquisition through referral from group companies / business associates (dealer/vendors etc.) of portfolio customers.
  • Maintain continuous customer engagement through customer visits/profiling /contacts, and proactively resolve customer issues / queries.
  • Action on central triggers / initiatives on enhancements, cross sell and portfolio monitoring.
  • Managing escalation from customers and ensuring resolution is attained for customer escalations & logged issues.
  • Involvement in trade forex transactions like PCFC, Buyers Credit, Trade Credits, Forward contracts and LC-BG for working capital (SME) clients.
