Assistant Manager - Payroll & Operations


We are currently seeking a talented Human Resources (HR) professional with Hr Ops & HR automation, having 4-7 years of experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements
  • Implement new company policies
  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases
  • Manage Payroll & Compliances
  • Managing the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives.
  • Asses and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same
  • Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Operations
  • Competency in working with HR Information Systems, handson experience with Darwin or similar platforms.
  • Handson experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Excellent analytical and decisionmaking abilities
  • Should be excellent in Excel and data analytics
  • Should have on experience in Payroll and Compliance
