WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be at the forefront of SuccessFactors product design in concert with our overall vision and strategy.
- Be an active, energetic and thoughtful participant in the end-to-end process model to deliver contemporary and cutting-edge product.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to provide our customers with fresh, friendly, and simple user experiences no matter their function or role within the application.
- Expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
Good to have skills
- Support to define and enforce design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and coherence in user interface design
- Support DSM team to create and maintain a comprehensive library of design components, patterns, and templates within design tools and repositories.
- Experience in UX design with a focus on AI-powered products and services.
- Solid understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, techniques, and technologies in AI and machine learning
- Understand Accessibility principles like perceivability, operability, understandability, and robustness.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 4+ years of experience working as Product or UX designer - preferably in a SaaS or consumer app company.
- Mobile iOS and/or Android experience.
- Self-motivated fast learner with exceptional follow-through while operating with a sense of urgency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of design software such as Figma and related tools.
- Experience working in a large & geographically dispersed product-driven environment ++
- Previous work history in enterprise software companies ++
