The Senior Analyst - Technical Project Management for Radiometer is responsible to support our ongoing development programs for both new and legacy products. The Senior Analyst - Technical Project Management will be a critical team member working cross-functionally in supporting legacy instrumentation product design changes, quality improvements, and customer driven product enhancements.

This position is part of the Radiometer R&D IDC Hardware team located in India Development Center (IDC) Bangalore and will be working hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support and lead hardware sustaining, and research and development projects from Hardware perspective.
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of projects though conception, definition, design, documentation, and release to production. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Works collaboratively across engineering disciplines to ensure consistency of common technologies.
  • Organizes and actively participates in design reviews and project reviews. Manage design execution of sophisticated projects using a strong systems mindset including hardware, software, fluidics, reagents, and biologics, leading to closure of all technical gaps throughout ideation and development life cycle.
  • Ensures robust/reliable product design, verification, and validation of initial and subsequent design changes making sure that all FDA/ISO/EN and other related requirements are consistently met.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelors/Master's degree (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Familiar in leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. Working experience in Product Development Process, Life Cycles Management, and Manufacturing.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. Competences within documentation and document structures, as this is a large part of our everyday life.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
  • Proven experience in project management. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. PMP or Prince2 certification.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with IVD and/or Life Science instruments – a plus.
