Salesforce Manager / Technical Manager - SFDC / SFDC Manager

Looking for a Project Manager in Salesforce with Technical and Agile Project Management background.


This is a challenging opportunity for senior CRM professionals to work along with Senior management, developers, and business users to shape up and realize CRM Strategy.


The candidate is expected to display professional ethics in his/her approach to work and exhibit a high level ownership within a demanding working environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mostly CRM based development projects/enhancement and be completely accountable for its all aspects
  • Interact with the project stakeholders, and manage their expectation
  • Develop/review project plan consisting of activities plan and milestones, quality management plan, communication plan, resource management plan, risk management plan
  • Ensure that the overall plan is kept updated and project activities are undertaken and completed as per project milestones
  • Ensure that application documentation is as per defined standards
  • Ensure that project execution process is defined and implemented for efficiency and optimum resource utilization
  • Suggest improvements in system development process / application areas
  • Provide guidance to technical leads and ensure continuous skill development by proactively identifying training needs and organizing training
  • Appraise team members' performance as per the defined process
  • Interact with a thirdparty to agree project strategy and plan, product roadmap

Job Requirements

Experience and Qualifications
years application development experience in the I.T. industry with at least 3 years proven experience on leading Salesforce based CRM projects.

  • B.E. / M.C.A.
  • Demonstrable experience in Agile methodology (Scrum or FDD) and planning, estimation in this context.
  • Good knowledge of technology, third party products, and their products
  • Experience of Min 35 SFDC end to end implementations mandatory
  • SalesForce certifications 201 (Desired)
  • Understanding of SFDC CRM application (Sales Cloud mandatory, Service Cloud good to have) capabilities and constraints
  • Experience of working with a vendor and its products.
  • Experience of providing global systems solutions & knowledge of internationalization aspects
  • Experience of working with multicultural teams in a geographically diverse environment
  • Exposure to data management and data life cycle management
  • Good understanding of Cloud Computing

Essential Skills

  • Handson experience on Salesforce Migration, Implementation, and development/enhancements.
  • At least 2 implementation or migration experience for a CRM as a Project Manager, with excellent Techno/functional knowledge of one of the CRM products
  • Exposure to customization of CRM systems
  • Proven track record in successful project management of several good size system projects in an agile environment
  • Exposure to integrating applications in a complex and diverse systems environment
  • Exposure to various third party products and experience of integrating them into a systems solution
  • Experience or understanding of highsecurity features to manage sensitive data
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with business users across the UK and whole Europe
  • Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence (Desirable)

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Exposure to a support environment.
  • Exposure to take 3rd party support.
  • Experience in database technologies like Oracle and SQL or Javabased Web technologies
