The Channel Enablement Program is aimed to drive partnership towards excellence and sustainable Win2Win relationships.

What you will do

Drive Service Enablement program with JCI Channel Partners to provide them with service training, best install practices, warranty support with parts and troubleshooting support. You shall also create processes that simplifies processes for quicker turnaround to restore and resolve.

Partner Service Enablement Program

  • Track and assess Service skills and gaps of each channel partners for upgrade programs and investments from channel partners.

  • Develop a comprehensive Training program for each product. Conduct both Online and offline Service Training Programs for the partners.

  • Provide guidelines on best Install and commissioning practices Provide remote or onsite support on trouble shooting, restoration of chiller operations.

  • Drive Training & Certification to Commission and Service YORK® Mini Chillers.

  • Track installation with Chiller Serial Numbers, commissioning as per JCI guidelines, establish warranty and issue warranty certificates.

  • Investigate and establish warranty claims, co-ordinate supply of parts, track restoration and report.

  • Monitor Spares stock levels with Distributor & Channel Partners to support warranty services.  

  • Conduct customer surveys to strike C-Sat Score as per JCI global standards Testimonials and building reference installations in collaboration with JCI Channel Partners.

Within Johnson Controls

  • Laisse with JCI global factory on updates on Service manuals, spares.

  • Track and maintain adequate stock of high value critical spares for warranty service.

  • Upgrade Service training content and modules with technical support team. Arrange and Schedule Service training on Partner Learning Portal (PLP). Periodically carry out warranty analysis, root cause analysis to provide feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Data analysis and drive action points for continuous improvement

  • Amicable Nature to communicate with partners and foster a strong relationship

    

What we look for:

  • BE/B.Tech/Diploma- Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 7 to 10 years of experience in HVAC field experience in project/operations. 

  • Basic knowledge on HVAC related Electricals / Controls

  • Knowledge / exposure to Installation and site related activities

  • Knowledge on Selection of Plant equipment as Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, Expansion Tanks, Air Side shall be an added Advantage.
