We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of TechMod and Automations to lead our engineering team and oversee the development and divestitures of legacy tools and technologies and adapting to opensource solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work in a global, matrixed corporate environment. In addition, this role requires specific expertise in cloud, software development, and IT infrastructure. • Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top engineering talent
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of engineers with expertise in any of the Full Stack Technologies like Node JS, Python, Golang, React, CICD
• Opensource Technologies exploration and implementing MVP’s.
• Own end-to-end Engineering Delivery of your platforms. Manage specific team budget & develop annual operating plans in alignment with roadmap and platform strategy.
• Partner and engage with multiple data engineering squads and their leadership to align on platform-centric roadmap & requirements that will support thousands of data engineers and data scientists.
• Partner with Principle Engineers & Principle Architects to develop tools and frameworks for improving security, reliability, maintainability, availability, scalability, self-serviceability and performance of your platform’s foundation.
• Work with a global customer base to understand their needs and build solutions that meet those needs
• Manage and prioritize engineering projects to ensure timely delivery
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our engineering practices
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of engineering solutions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering; preferably in the cloud or infrastructure space, Full Stack Technologies
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Expertise in at least one major cloud platform such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge in AI/ML, GenAI (LLMs, OpenAI, Azure AI), and AI-powered automation.
• Solid understanding of Agile software practises.
• Very Strong experience in end to end Program Management and driving to delivery.
• Expereince in CICD and DevOps technologies like – Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes etc.,
• Passion for leveraging AI to enhance automation, efficiency, and analytics
• Experience in building/adapting to Open Source Technologies
• Background in leading/managing platforms/products in the FullStack & Automation Space.
• Experience with any one of this - Node JS, Python, React, Golang etc.,
• Experience in identifying the opportunities to Automate
• Deep foundational knowledge of software engineering practices, particularly on distributed systems and cloud native architectures.
• Strong communication, ability to influence, solve complex problems, and leadership ability while being a team player are a must.
• Ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to bring diverse groups together to solve common goals.
