This team is chartered with exploring, validating, and scaling the latest and greatest in software technology—from agentic and generative AI solutions to cloud-native architectures and developer platforms. Your mission: turn bleeding-edge tech into production-ready solutions that empower teams across the enterprise. You’ll work side-by-side with world-class engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and drive adoption of new technologies across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision Define and evolve product visions for internal-facing, tech-forward solutions that serve as blueprints for enterprise-wide adoption. Identify emerging technology trends and translate them into actionable product opportunities. Execution & Delivery Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from discovery and prototyping to MVP and scalable deployment. Prioritize features and technical investments based on business impact, technical feasibility, and usability. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to deeply understand pain points and opportunities. Evangelize new solutions and technologies across the company, driving alignment and adoption. Innovation & Experimentation Champion a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous learning. Partner with engineering to validate new tools, frameworks, and platforms through hands-on pilots. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in technical or platform product roles. 3+ years of software engineering development. Experience managing products with AI-powered architectures like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning small language models, and/or AI Agents using model-content protocol and agent-to-agent communication Experience managing products that incorporate data engineering, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern dev practices with Azure and/or AWS. Proven track record of delivering internal tools, developer platforms, or reference implementations. Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with a strong engineering culture. Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can translate complex technology into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders. Passion for emerging technologies and a deep curiosity about how they can solve real-world problems.  Bonus Points For Familiarity with open-source ecosystems and inner-source practices. Why Join Us? Work on high-impact, high-visibility projects that shape the future of technology at scale. Collaborate with top-tier engineering talent and innovators in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Be at the forefront of technology adoption at a large, corporate environment. Education• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)Supervisory Responsibilities• This job does not have supervisory duties.Education & Experience (in lieu)• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Primary SkillsBusiness Case Analyses, Product Management, Product Roadmapping, Systems Thinking, Waterfall Project ManagementShift TimeShift B (India)Recruiter InfoYateeshybgaa@allstate.comAbout AllstateJoining our team isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity.
