This role involves conducting requirements analysis, participating in solution design, and performing application development. The analyst will provide operational support across the Hyperion Planning & Essbase application platform, ensuring system stability and performance for critical financial processes.Role ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.Participate in solution design and assist in application development activities.Provide day-to-day operational support for Hyperion Planning & Essbase systems.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain platform reliability.Work closely with FP&A, Tax, Human Resources, and other MasterCard groups to deliver system enhancements and support.Ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices for financial systems.All About YouStrong knowledge of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, DRM; familiarity with financial processes and reporting; experience with scripting and automation is a plus.Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.Corporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach, andComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
