Accountant


Position: Accountant

Location: Day One Onsite at Vadodara Alkapuri

Employment Type: Full-time


Overview:

We are searching for a meticulous and skilled Accountant to join our team in Vadodara Alkapuri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgets, ensuring tax compliance, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. If you are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of accounting principles, we encourage you to apply.


Key Responsibilities:


Financial Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely updates.
  • Record all financial transactions in the accounting system.


Budget Management:

  • Prepare and manage the companys budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenses.
  • Provide budget reports and analysis to the executive team.


Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for the executive team.
  • Ensure financial reports are accurate and comply with accounting standards.


Tax Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings.
  • Prepare and file tax returns on time.


Audit Management:

  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
  • Prepare audit documentation and respond to audit queries.


Payroll Management:

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage payroll records and handle payroll-related inquiries.


Cost Control:

  • Implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
  • Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost reduction.


Financial Advice:

  • Provide financial advice and insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist in financial planning and strategy development.


Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to regulatory authorities as required.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
