Roles and Responsibilities of Tele-Caller Admission 


  1. Responding to queries regarding admissions, fees, and financial assistance 
  2. Keeping up to date with admissions policies and procedures 
  3. Collaborate with other departments, as appropriate, to provide the best possible customer service experience. 
  4. File and maintain student application documents in the Colleges system database / Software
  5. Ensuring conversion of admission as per the minimum set parameters 
  6. Providing detailed information about college programs 
  7. Answer incoming calls from prospective students, parents, and other queries 
  8. Follow up on unanswered calls, emails, and inquiries and take the necessary action required 
  9. Assist applicants through the admission process by providing guidance and assistance. 
  10. Serving as the first point of contact for visitors 
  11. Assisting with the development of admission materials 
  12. Assisting admissions officers in reviewing applications and tracking admissions statistics 
  13. Execute sales and marketing campaigns, as applicable. 
  14. Ensure all customer service issues are resolved promptly and courteously. 
  15. Respond to inquiries about fees, funding options, and other admission-related topics. 
  16. Record, monitor, and report on calls received and follow-ups made. 


Both Female / Male Candidates are preferred.
